Develop into a ladies man

I am a FY college student. Before I actually start dating, I would like to equip myself with all the tricks and terms of dating. I do have a couple of my classmates in mind, whom I would like to ask out for a date, maybe for coffee or a drink in a pub. I especially would like help about what to talk, how to impress, how to read her mind, how to understand her well and other such things, that will make my date very memorable.
